FOI Requests & Complaints
The following updates were made recently:
Freedom of Information Requests
You can now register your FOI requests in two ways:
- Via your RiskMate™ login
- Via your portal
Via your login
To register an FOI request, click on the “FOI Requests” link on the menu then click “Add Request”.
Make sure that you are in a permission group that has “Add FOI Requests” permissions.
Complete the fields as shown and note the following:
- If you enter the person’s email address, you can send them email updates from the “View FOI Details” page
- If you select a line manager on the “Forward to line manager” field, the person you select will receive an email notification
- If you select an FOI officer on the “Forward notice to foi officer” field, the person you select will receive an email notification
Via your portal
To activate your FOI portal, enter a sub-domain on the “Setup > Business Details” page.
Then, members of the public can go to your portal URL and log an FOI request. This request will then be added to the system and available for you to action from within your account.
Complaints
You can also register complaints in the same two ways:
- Via your RiskMate™ login
- Via your portal
Via your login
To register a complaint, click on the “Complaints” link on the menu then click “Add Complaint”.
